If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
*Due to the virus Covid-19 there are delays happening in international shipments. Please rest assured and wait for the order to arrive.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Sometimes orders can arrive earlier that the expected delivery time.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
The Online Delivery Tracking System allows you to track your order from the moment when it is shipped till the moment when it arrives at the destination.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active as soon as the product is shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.chicloire.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
*Refunds: We do not offer refunds on products that are on discount only if they are damaged.
www.chicloire.com is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will fill a claim to the carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before asking us to fill a claim.
If the order is lost we can either reship or refund the order.
Chicloire guarantees for its products and quality.
We fully refund in cases when the product does not arrive to our customers ( if the customer does not arrange a reshipment )
If your order has not arrived in 50 days, we also fully refund our customers.
*(Because of Covid-19, this policy will extend from 50 to 65 Days)
If a customer wants to cancel the order, the customer has to notify for the cancellation within 8 hours after the order has been paid, if 8 hours have passed the order cannot be canceled.
If you accidentally choose the wrong product you can make changes within 12 hours after the payment has been processed. otherwise we will proceed with the selected product.
Products that are damaged from the manufacture can be refunded or reshipped.
In order to report a claim the customer has to keep all the packages otherwise the claim will not be valid. Products that are damaged on purpose are not valid for refunds.
Before choosing your product please read the size charts carefully and do not choose sizes based on your habits.
We are not liable for the post delivery after it arrives the destination country. Every order has its tracking number and the customer can contact the local shipping company with the tracking number as a reference.
*Underwear and bikinis are not eligible for refunds.
